NEW DELHI: AAP volunteers and supporters of Modi have taken the battle to social media following the Supreme Court directive that allows the Centre to take a call on formation of a popular government in Delhi by October 10.
Both sides are engaged on making charges and counter charges against each other. Be it clean governance, getting back black money from abroad, inflation, progress in economy or other government policies, posters are doing rounds on social media depicting tweets and promises of senior leaders of AAP and PM Modi in the run-up to the general elections.
Besides Kashmir floods and rescue operations, the war of words between ‘AAP tards’ and ‘Modi bhakts’, as they call each other, has dominated social media of late.
