Lawyers resorting to crimes, unlawful activities inside court campus and running crime syndicates have been on the rise across the nation, shaking the system and eroding people’s faith in the justice delivering system.
To make the matters worse, lawyers associations often go on mass protest and conduct token strikes to force the administration to look the other way. It is high time, elected members of bar associations must take strong actions against erring advocates and save the profession from getting a bad name.
